To hold a rental property an applicant must turn in a signed, completed application and the security deposit and application fees to our office in person, by fax, or by US mail.

Each person over the age of 18 must fill out an application. The application fee is $60 per individual or $70 per married couple. The application fee and security deposit may be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Credit card payments have an additional 5% administrative fee.
Anyone who cannot meet our rental requirements may be required to turn in a completed guarantor form. The guarantor form must be signed in front of a notary public by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult over the age of 25. Please note the property address you are applying for on this form.
