Each person over the age of 18 must fill out an application. The application fee is $50 per individual or $60 per married couple. The application fee and security deposit may be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Credit card payments have an additional 3-4% service charge. Anyone under the age of 25 is also required to turn in a completed guarantor form. The guarantor form must be signed in front of a notary public by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult over the age of 25. Please note the property address you are applying for on this form.
